Compliance Officer (COMPLI)

Job Description :

Policies and procedures for adequacy of control and compliance within local regulations and internal requirements;Monitor business activities regularly to detect any possible breaches of legislation, guidelines or required code of practice;Act in an advisory role and provide assistance to the management team, including: interpretation and application of regulatory requirements;Development of procedures and processes with adequate controls to ensure compliance with new regulations;Developing and implementing compliance procedures and guidelines;Documenting standard policies, procedures and controls;Monitor handling of complaints;Assist in investigation of inappropriate business conduct;Liaise with external auditors, regulators (as applicable);Follow up and report to management on the status of recommendations made by regulators and internal/external auditors following inspections/audits.
Requirements :

Candidates should have at least 3 (three) years of experience in the respective positions applied in securities company.
Possess WPPE license is a must. Proficient in written & spoken English. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Creative, self started, team player & having self integrity. Willing to work under pressure and overtime if necessary.
