CORPORATE SECRETARY (CC)

Responsibilities: 


Preparing agenda, material & take minutes of meetings.Accountable for duties such as calendar Management, meeting scheduling.Travel and accommodation arrangement, preparation of meeting materials and attending to telephone calls.Works closely with corporate secretary, lawyers, landlord etc.Prepare written correspondences.Safe keep sensitive policy documents.Perform daily administrative duties, general office administration and house-keeping Tracking department training, working with the Administration Manager on finance and general administration matters.Assisting in corporate events, ad-hoc visits, projects.


Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, with relevant certificate in secretarial studies.At least 2 year(s) of secretarial experience.Excellent written & verbal communications and interpersonal skills.Good organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines and work independently.Meticulous, resourceful and innovative individual with a positive work attitude.Excellent English and PC skills.Sound knowledge of Microsoft applications.
