HRD Manager (HM)
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement creative recruitment and selection programs with hands-on responsibilities in the interviewing and selection of employees in support of the company’s manpower needs.Work with a team responsible for handling the full spectrum of HR.Manage and provide support for HR operational needs, including recruitment and selection, employees welfare, benefits and leave administration, performance management, managing HR systems as well as handling all industrial relations matters.Develop strategic training plan that meets the needs of the business; conduct training needs analysis, implement and organize training programmes that will significantly enhance the productivity, performance and service standards of all team members. Develop in-house curriculum and source relevant external programmes that will fulfill the organization’s training requirements.Plan, prepare, review and manage monthly/yearly HR budget/strategies to estimate organization’s future HR needs and to propel the business forward.Implementation of HR policies and ensure communication to all employees.Plan, organize and coordinate employees’ social, recreational, welfare and engagement activities.
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with a strong team approach.The ability to handle multi-task, manage time effectively and perform under pressure.A passion for people development.Experience in facilitation, coaching and building team effectiveness.Minimum 3 years of HR managerial role. Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration from a reputable university.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; high attention to details and accuracy.Strong interpersonal skills; effectively interact with and influence employees of all levels.Able to handle emergency or contingency situations with composure and a high sense of proactiveness and urgency.
