Our company has been in the chemical industry for over thirty years, and still going strong! We are looking for an aggressive HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER to meet the growing needs of the business.

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and implement strategy for HR management and development.  This includes recruitment and selection policy and practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues.Monitor, measure, and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed timeline.Maintain knowledge of latest HR development theory and methods, and provide suitable interpretation to Top Management, Managers, and staff within the organization.Ensure activities meet and integrate with organizational requirement for quality management, health and safety, legal requirement, environmental policies and general duty of care.Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements, policies, etc.Develop and maintain healthy relationship with Governmental and Non-Governmental organizations for better and fast functioning of organization.Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in cooperation with the Top Management.


Qualifications:

Min. 6 years human resources experience.Preferable to have experience in two or more of the following areas:  human resources management, organizational development, process improvement (Six Sigma preferred), compensation, staffing.Business driven with strong financial acumen.Strategic planning, complex problem resolution, and general management expertise.Ability to present and communicate complex concepts at all levels.Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative.Ability to lead and drive change.
