Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of one of the world’s leading healthcare companies. The winning candidate will report directly to the General Manager. The winning candidate will have strong sales and marketing capabilities. The position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key responsibilities will include:
Manage full spectrum of marketing for the company, including through the line marketing, relationship marketing and public relationsDevise, manage and execute ATL & BTL marketing planDevelop and implement promotional strategies and planImplement channel marketing strategies to improve brand awarenessCoordinate, develop and organize effective sales aids and other marketing materials Identify and work with strategic partners for cross promotions to support lead generationExecute online and mobile strategies to generate online sales Plan, execute and measure public relation strategies designed to drive business demand and improve reputation or imageDevelop client centric marketing communication and nurturing plan to increase brand loyaltyAny other tasks delegated by GM
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree / MBA preferredMinimum 3 years experience in healthcare, FMCG or any B2C focused companyStrong sales and marketing capabilitiesStrong organizational management skillsProficient in EnglishDynamic highly driven, result-orientedHigh integrity reliable, matureProactive, prompt, sense of urgencyExcellent strategic planning and execution skills
