HRD Manager (HM)

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement creative recruitment and selection programs with hands-on responsibilities in the interviewing and selection of employees in support of the company’s manpower needs.Work with a team responsible for handling the full spectrum of HR.Manage and provide support for HR operational needs, including recruitment and selection, employees welfare, benefits and leave administration, performance management, managing HR systems as well as handling all industrial relations matters.Develop strategic training plan that meets the needs of the business; conduct training needs analysis, implement and organize training programmes that will significantly enhance the productivity, performance and service standards of all team members.  Develop in-house curriculum and source relevant external programmes that will fulfill the organization’s training requirements.Plan, prepare, review and manage monthly/yearly HR budget/strategies to estimate organization’s future HR needs and to propel the business forward.Implementation of HR policies and ensure communication to all employees.Plan, organize and coordinate employees’ social, recreational, welfare and engagement activities.

Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with a strong team approach.The ability to handle multi-task, manage time effectively and perform under pressure.A passion for people development.Experience in facilitation, coaching and building team effectiveness.Minimum 3 years of HR managerial role. Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration from a reputable university.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; high attention to details and accuracy.Strong interpersonal skills; effectively interact with and influence employees of all levels.Able to handle emergency or contingency situations with composure and a high sense of proactiveness and urgency.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Min. 6 years human resources experience.Preferable to have experience in two or more of the following areas:  human resources management, organizational development, process improvement (Six Sigma preferred), compensation, staffing.Business driven with strong financial acumen.Strategic planning, complex problem resolution, and general management expertise.Ability to present and communicate complex concepts at all levels.Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative.Ability to lead and drive change.

Mengarahkan sumber daya dan kegiatan divisi untuk mendukung program QHSE dengan memberikan nasihat dan bimbingan kepada manajemen senior perusahaan.Terus menerus mempertahankan tingkat yang tepat dari kesadaran, pengetahuan dan kesiapan seluruh divisi untuk menciptakan budaya yang mengutamakan QHSE yang efektif dan menyeimbangkan biaya keseluruhan yang terkait.Melakukan kajian internal QHSE kebijakan dan praktek untuk memastikan mereka saat ini dan tepat, melakukan penilaian bahaya dan penilaian risiko yang ada dan mengubah atau mengembangkan rekomendasi baru dari penilaian tersebut.Membantu tim proyek dalam penyelidikan dari seluruh insiden proyek dan memastikan catatan yang tepat selesai dan diserahkan. membantu dalam pelaksanaan tindakan perbaikan yang berkaitan dengan insiden itu dan memastikan "pelajaran" yang dikomunikasikan ke seluruh perusahaan dan dimasukkan ke dalam program.Menangani pelaporan spesifik dan persyaratan pencatatan OSHA, EPA serta lainnya partinent keselamatan / peraturan hal kepatuhan dan untuk memastikan lokasi proyek telah sesuai.

Skill/ Knowledge :

Pria, usia maksimal 40 tahunPendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Teknik Sipil atau Teknik Elektro Memiliki pengalaman kurang lebih selama 5 tahun di bidang QHSEMemahami prosedur mengenai Mutu dan K3Menguasai fungsi-fungsi Safety EquipmentsMampu menyusun rancangan Pelatihan khusus QHSEMemiliki sertifikat pelatihan QMS, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 dan ISO 9001:2008Memiliki keterampilan kepemimpinan yang baikMampu menggunakan bahasa Inggris baik dalam lisan maupun tulisanMampu mengoperasikan komputer secara maksimalMemiliki keterampilan interpersonal yang baik, proaktif, inisiatif dan dapat bekerja dengan tim
