The consultant is responsible for providing client support for the Bank's AS400 based Credit Card system. Responsibilities include managing inquiries from internal and external clients, co-ordinating testing projects for client implementations, and proactively looking to improve our processes to further reduce errors in the production environments.The candidate must be able to work independently and must have a good technical knowledge of Cobol and AS400.
Mandatory Skill-set
The candidate is expected to possess the following skills:
Good hand-on experience in Cobol and AS400.Should have atleast 3 years strong expeirence in production support on Credit Card systems like ASCCEND/SEMA/Card Link.Should possess strong analytical and problem solving abilities.Strong understanding of the production support workflow and creative in contributing new improvement techniquesShould be independently able to perform Network Compliances and Certfications and to support EOD issues.Responsibilities
Support and maintain card application systems.Ensure system uptime meets business service levels.Ensure that support processes comply with compliance requirement.Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues reported.
